I acctually read this some where awhile back.

What u need:
* 1 tennis ball
* few boxes of matches
* some tape

Firstly cut the tennis ball in half.

Tear off the part of the matchboxes where you light the mathes on and paste it on the inside of one of the half tennis ball parts.
Note that the part where you strike the match on should be vissible after you pasted it.

Now start to break off the heads of the matches and put them into the other half of the tennis ball.
The more match heads you have the better.

Put the 2 halfs of the tennis ball back together and tape is real good.

Now throw your custom made tennis ball as hard as you can against something.......Bang

i think it tells u how to do stuff to break the law. i heard an anarchist is someone who thinks there should be no gov. so i guess they try to shut it down
