Well I’ve had this idea for awhile, but like about 10 other people, someone beat me to it.

What you do is, instead of cutting right through the middle where people can look down and see a gaping hole in your shoe with drugs popping out of it, you cut UP through the bottom of the tag and shoe.
Then you can either just stuff things in through there, take stuffing out and stuff things in there, or sew a piece of velcro into the inside so that it will close. Another idea is if you have orthoritcs, you can stash stuff under the space beneath it.
