Here is another egg in my "lifts" serries. Enjoy.
Mindy and I set out the other day to bag our limit and started on a busy street near the post office. We saw a man sliding his wallet back in his back pocket and we decided to to make him out first mark. Mindy headed off to find a way to get in front of him, which she did, and then we did the "push pass" to him. Mindy turned suddenly, as if she forgot something, and then brushed againts the guys left side while I pushed past his right side, trying to get around him. This allowed my to lift the slim leather wallet out of his back pocket.
We saw a woman in a tight light green tanktop and khaki shorts hit the ATM and then cram the cash and card into one of her easily opened side pockets. I figured I’d let Mindy do this one, so I stopped her in the middle of the street, asking her for directions, while Mindy came up from behind and lifted the cash and card from her pocket.
Later we went into a local grocery store and looked around for our last makr. We found her standing in the dairy isle with her bag wide open resting comfortably in her cart. Mindy stood a little ways down from her and then eased her way to next to the woman and started talking about how high all the prices were. The woman joined in, her attention drawn and that’s when I made my move. I moved up quickly, lifted the wallet from her open purse, and then moved down the isle quickly. After we were done there Mindy and I went back to her place.
