Ok this is a simple/cheap prank and its a hell of alot of fun...aight all you need is...
rubbing alcohol and a lighter

Pour the alcohol under the door and light it on fire
Thats it all you do now is listen to the person inside scream...it dosent really damage anything either cuz the flame alcohol burns is a cool flame and it burns out really fast

(P.S. DO NOT ATEMPT ON CARPET, BAD RESULTS...)
