This is a fun idea,
-Get a soda can(make sure it is carbonated)
-Shake violently for a minute
-Strap an m80 or other small explosive to the can and light fuse
-Or, place alot of these in the middle of an airsoft game
-Or just shoot with airgun as targets that really let you know if you hit them

you could just throw it on the ground really hard after shaking it, you wont need to waste an m80
