1: Go into hotmail and type the victims email address then go to the password space and type def4653j then click ENTER when the screen refreshes click on the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD link and simply type in their email address again and bang you have their secret question which if you answer correctlly you can change it to what ever you like

DONīT BE FOOLED BY SENDING YOUR PASS TO SOME GUY THAT TELLS YOU THE FANTASTIC ONE MINUTE WAY TO GET YAHOO AND HOTMAIL PASSWORDS, IS ALL BULLSHIT.
DONīT BE FOOLED BY THOSE FAKE PROGRAMS THAT PROMISE TO GIVE YOU THE PASSWORD USING YOUR MSN, IN MOST CASES THESE APLICATIONS ONLY DAMAGE YOUR COMPUTER, DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING STRANGE IN YOUR COMPUTER.
MY SYSTEM IS NOT 100% EFECTIVE BUT IT WORKS 7 OUT 10 TIMES I USE IT.
