Ok in order for this 2 work u have to get someones cell phone with the key pads that can come out, like a nokia phone, so heres what u do u take the key pad out of the phone and under it there should be little stick things under the buttons that u press into the phone that tells the phone what button u are pressing now u have to cut all the stick thing that are under the buttons.
What should happen:
Now when your victum tries to press a button it will not work because you cut the things out under the buttons. lol

Sep 24, 2005 10:45 am - you could take the keypad out and cut them up and then put them in a different order and if they are in a hurry they will not notice and will dial some random and if the notice run!
Mar 11, 2006 9:15 pm - Cell phone prank........... Why not just rearrange the buttons on the keypad so the numbers dialed won’t be the right ones? That way you don’t destroy someones phone and still pull off a great prank.
