Take about a dozen moth balls and put them in the gas tank. When the person starts the car, there will be a VERY VERY loud bang, then fire about 3 foot long will come out of the tailpipe. I did this to somebody, and it was hilarious becausr they always complain about how screwed their car is. (it was actually one of my good friends, but it was funny)
