just go to a local phone and dial 211. Then when somebody comes and puts money to make a call it wont work because the phone is dead for 3 minutes. Next call 411 using another public phone and ask for the guy who works the phones. Next ask him for the key. Tell him to open it and tell him to give you all the money because its yours!
