What you need:
-Metal Pipe
-2 Corks
-Bottle Rockets or Water Dynamite

First cork up on end of the pipe so it can’t come out. Then on the same end, drill a hole in the pipe. These will be the exhaust holes. To use it, light the bottle rocket or water dynamite and drop it in the pipe and put the cork on the other end (not all the way) quickly. Hold on the plugged up end away from the holes. When a bottle rocket shoots up, it releases a lot of energy which goes out of the exhaust holes. When it blows up, the cork flies off really high, or at an unsuspecting victim. I’ll have pics soon

It does work, it’s actually pretty cool and it doesn’t hurt as bad as you would think when you get shot by it.
