Ok first go buy ( or steal) some condoms from a nearby convenience store. If you don’t have tape you may want to buy a good kind like duct tape. Then, if you have an enemy or just a civilian that has recently parked there car and will return soon, go up to the exaust pipe put on the very end of the condom like if it were a huge willy. But don’t put the condom on all the way just barely. Now tape it to make sure it won’t fly off. Now sit back and wait for the unsuspecting victim to get in their car. It will blow up like a big balloon! They won’t even realize they’re driving around blowing up a condom! Those balloons with a ruber band on them that you punch also work good, just take off the ruber band.
