Jan 14, 2006 9:12 am - i work out...if u wanna get buff then find a bench press weight that u can barely lift 10 times...have a friend sit on ur stomach while u lift,have him watch u until u cant pick up the weight and then tell him to pick it up and drop it...repeat till it flat out hits ur chest,then do same with legs,its called total muscle burnout,after u do a body part rest for 3 days
