what u do is get 2 bottle caps 2 pecolo petes and as much tape as u can possibly get a hold of. first u put a hole in the top of one cap big enough for a fuse then u empty one picolo in a 2 liter bottle cap it should be almost be perfect then fill the other cap. put a piece of tape over the cap with the fuse(put just enough so u can put the bottle caps together. then u tape the little #*@! until it is a bout 6 times the size it was. light the fuse and run like a mother if u did it right it will rattle windows and set off car alarms withen about 20 yards.
