THINGS YA NEED
1. a spare working phone
2. a flashlight

dis one is risky ladies and gentlemen
as we all know if you get caught makin a PRANK phone call to 911 you b fvcked so this is what ya do

-sneak out late at night and find an azzholes house

-go to the side of the house and find their phonebox
(usua about 3 by 1 foot)

-next if it doese not have a lock on it open it up.

-now since it will most likeley be dark (duh) use the flashlight to find the phone jack and plug in your spare phone

-now you should have a dial tone

-dial 9 1 1 and as soon as you hear the oporator say "911 emergency how can i help you" just make a sound like someone is bein kiddnapped.or something.

close the box and get into a good hiding place and watch the azzhole get in trouble hahahahaha

All telephone systems still recognize pulse dialing. You can just cut the two leads and tap the ends together 9 times, pause, then 1 time, pause again, then 1 time, pause again, then connect them together.
