This prank should obviously be pulled in junior and/or high school (primary grade kids don’t have a rep. for smoking joints).

First, you will need to aquire some drugs in powdered form(but do not touch it, that could easily get you arrested for fraud and possesion of drugs on campus) preferably in a bag of some sort. Then you will need to stuff it into a number two pencil (in the place where the led is). Now in the morning follow your victim and "plant" the drugs on his backpack (you could unzip it and hide it in there but from what i have heard and seen, none of you have balls except for a handfull). Anyway, during a random period take a bathroom break and exit the school. Your school should have a pay-phone around the building but if not you’ll have to do some walking. When you do get to a pay-phone call the front office and make an "anonymous" tip to them. More than likely the will call the victim in and search everything, his folder, pockest, locker, everything. When they do find the drugs he will most likely suffer, but for maximum effect plant a dozen or so of different kinds with a list of numbers, places, and times. Obviously this will make him look like a dealer. The outcome will still be victory and laughter for you.
