I done this once and it worked well. Just look for a car with an open window on a quiet street. Look for a tissue box in the car and take it out. Cover as much of the floor and seats of the car with tissue. Save 3 or 4 and wind them into a wand. Light it and place it in the car lightly. Run to a place where you can watch events slowly unfold.
I hid on the roof of a building accross the street. First , small flames could be seen on the seats. About 3 min later, 6 foot flames were flooding out of the car. The police and Fire dep. were out in about 10min. And i watched it all from the roof.
