To learn how to make drawings with a laser pointer, read this egg.
Things you need!
1. A laser pointer
2. A camera with long time exposure
3. A brain
Procedure!!!
1. set your camera to long time exposure for about 4-10 seconds.
2. go into a dimly lit room and take a picture. if your camera is digital, look to see what the picture looks like. if its white, you need to go somewhere darker.
3. take the picture and as soon as your finger hits the button, start making you drawing. you have to remember where the laser dot has been.
4. review your pic and see if it worked.
Hope it works, message me and i will try to help you.
Feb 04, 2006 8:08 pm - Cool. I think you have highest rated egg on RE. 4.98 before I voted. Now it should be closer to a three. I gave you a zero.... Just kidding, gave you a 5. Cool, original egg man.
Feb 04, 2006 8:57 pm - ddddddddaaaaaaaaaammmmmmm nnnnnnnnn... highest rated egg by far. i bet if i hadnt voted a 3 this egg would be a 5 lol. man, paintballuh is getting rich off this egg. im so jealous
Feb 04, 2006 9:09 pm - IT WAS NOT PHOTOSHOPPED!!!
i dont know how i can prove it to you, but if you had a brain(no offense) you would be able to understand how and why this would work. BTW if it was photoshopped, wouldn’t the smiley face be a bit better looking?
Feb 04, 2006 9:16 pm - ok, heres an explanation on why this works.
during long time exposure, the camera’s shutter is open allowing anything that happens during that period of time to be captured, sort of like a blurry photo of a moving car. its almost like a video recording but you merge all of the frames together.
Feb 04, 2006 9:26 pm - Pablo Picasso has already done this man.
Very nice though. Picasso, however, did this with a flashlight. Im a huge fan of his artwork. Never seen this done before with a laser pointer. Very nice! 5*
Feb 04, 2006 9:28 pm - By the way, thats a bull he drew. Very hard to see until you finally get it. He started this during his Beauty and the Beast era (yes after the red period and blue period.)
Feb 04, 2006 10:38 pm - ok, this is really weird, but if you shine the laser up your nose, it will light up your eye just a little bit so you see the light in the corner of your eye when you look straight forward. if you shine it in the left nostril, left eye, right nostril, right eye.
Feb 06, 2006 8:06 pm - yeah, in pitch black darkeness, you can actually see the beam, like in a Bond movie or sorta like starwars. i could actually see the beam when i took that picture, but the camera cant see it.
Apr 03, 2006 4:32 am - i heard on a website that a green laser is over 60 times brighter then a red laser. i no it probbaly sounds like a hole lotta BS but thats only what i heard
