Ok this is going to be my 4th and last air gun egg im going to make
This gun isn’t really an air pistol because it’s powered by gunpowder but I couldn’t think of what else to call it
It works a bit like my semi auto bb gun only it shoots a different type of ammunition called tapioca seeds and you can find them at almost any supermarket.
They are only about 2 mm thick and trust me they fucken kane if you get hit. My friend once shot me and it pierced my skin pretty deep and that was from ten meters away
He also recons he killed a crow with it but I believe him because he said he used 3 bullets at once and he aimed at it in the head.
I cant exactly tell what muzzle velocity it has because the pellets travel so damn fast ive never seen a glimpse of it flying but if I had to guess id say about 650 fps at the max
Although the power of your air gun may vary, Because different caps even some of them with the same brand as I recommended have different quantities of gun powder
The weakest cap ive ever measured was only about 10 fps
You will need
1. a cap gun of any kind with a break barrel and one that has a hole in the barrel
2. an antenna from an RC plane or car
3. super glue or hot glue gun
4. electrical tape
5. powerful caps
6. and scissors
How to build your air gun
1. on the antenna cut the 3rd tube in from the tip off
2. wrap tape around one side of it until it is as thick as the inside of the original barrel
3. push your home made barrel through the original barrel until the end touches the hammer of the cap gun
4. glue it in place
How to shoot you mini air gun
1. open up your gun
2. fit a powerful cap around the metal tube
3. pull the barrel up until you hear a click sound
4. drop a tapioca seed in the metal tube (barrel)
5. push it down with a straitened paper clip
5. aim at a target and shoot
If you want to make a realistic shotgun then you should look around for a cap riffle, they sell them in a shop called toy world
Please don’t shoot pets with it. If you are really tempted try shooting a bird, they really piss me off because of the fact that they always take flying for granted.

i think thats why some people say that caps dont have enough power to propel pellets at high speeds
probbaly because they are using the new white powder caps

Mar 15, 2006 12:59 am - The one I ended up with had no actual hole and the safety thing didnt wrap around the outside, But if you end up with one of those you can just drill through it to make one and that works fine.
