OK this is how you copy and burn Copyrite Protected dvds.
You Will Need:
1.Blank Dvds
2.Dvd burner
3.Dvd Ripping Software (dvd shrink, Magic dvd ripper)
4.Dvd image burning software (dvd santa,nero)
First you will need magic dvd burner it can be found here:
the problem with dvd shrink is that it does not copy new dvds like ones from the end of 2005 on. but magic dvd will copy the new ones. The only problem is its a program you need to pay for but you do get a 5 rip trial. but not to worry i have the name and seral found here:
create a folder on the desktop with the name of the to movie your going to copy. then open magic dvd ripper. set it to copy to the folder you created. then rip it. i have learned that it does not always work when you copy the full moive but i have never had a problem copying just the movie. theres only one more problem with magic dvd ripper it does not compress the file so next you will need to run it throuth dvd shrink.
so go to

There you can find the link to download DVD SHRINK.
to run it thourth shrink to do that you will need to go to the open file and find the video_ts file. then click ok.
Once you back up your dvd with both magic then shrink. it will be copyed to your computers hard drive. then you will need a dvd burning software that can burn dvd images. i have found a free one here (well its a demo version with no time limits, no Feature limits. its functional! but it will show "Demo Version" text on the bottem of the screen when you watch the movie you burned.) you can buy it if you want or you can just get it cracked with like bearshare or limewire. (You can also use nero www.nero.com) You can find dvd santa here

when you open dvd santa you need to click on create disk image then find your hard drive. then find your file that the dvd was riped to. then open and cilck on video_TS. then click on the first video file you see it will look something like this VTS_01_0. then put in the blank dvd. then hit burn. when its done take the dvd out then write the the name on it with like a sharpie and there you go you just copyed and burn a dvd.

Feb 07, 2006 8:46 pm - the RIAA s egg is very good but that only tells you how to copy dvds with dvd shrink the problem is that shrink does not get updated any more and they have came out with new blockers so you cant copy them. if you run any new movie with shrink it will give you an error!

Mar 24, 2007 2:36 pm - Its not that hard alls i did was ripped it with Magic DVD Ripper and wa-la, done, then just burned it to a DVD with Nero, u make it look harder than it is, but i still gave u a 5 cuz i think u took some time on this and u definetly made it easier for me.
