THis egg is going to tell you how to quickly hide what your doing on your computer, so if someone were to come up to your computer, you mimize everything, but if they looked down on the start menu/toolbar, they would see nothing!
I found out this while playing in Paint in keyboarding at our school, so i could quickyl switch without getting in trouble.
1st Step:
First, find the Print Screen/SysRq button on your keyboard. This button takes a picture of your desktop.
2nd Step: close EVERYTHING. Now, if you havent noticed before, you can pull the start menu up/down. TO see what i mean, look at the picture.
(Note to Rambo: Since your probalyyy gonna bitch about it, the pics are made normal size so everyone can see in detail)
Now that you can pull the star menu up/down, pull it ALL THE WAY DOWN. ALL OF IT. SO YOU CANT SEE IT NO MORE.
Like this:
Step 2: using the magical Print Screen/SysRq button, press that now.
Ok, after you pressed the button, you can put the start toolbar normal again.
Ok, now, open paint up.
Press Ctrl + V.
Save it in any place but the desktop.
Save it as a .bmp, for quality.
Step 3: Go to your desktop. Right click on it, then properties.
Now, goto ’’Desktop’’.
Click Browse, and find your picture that you saved in Paint.
Press apply. Your desktop should look prety wierd.
Now, close everything again. Now, with the toolbar NOT lowerd, press the Print Screen button.
open up paint.
Press Ctrl + V.
Ok noobs, leave now. Its easier to use photoshop for this...but whatever.
I want you to select the whole start menu and copy it .
Now, close that PAINT window, and open up the first picture you made in paint.
Paste your STart menu/toolbar, and drag it in the correct place.
Ok, save it now.
Go back to your desktop, right click, properties, desktop, find your picture that you just saved, and apply.
Again, your desktop should look relatively wierd. If it does, good, it worked. Now, like i said before, drag the star menu/toolbar all way down, and you get a fake desktop! If a teacher comes, mimizmize everything, and all she will see is the fake desktop.
To navigate without a start menu, go through things mimizmized with Ctrl + Tab.
