If you want an ex/enemy/bitch to get a huge cellphone bill, im talking like $1000 heres how, you need:
Msn Messenger
Enemy With Cellphone on messenger (Mobile Contacts)
Msn Messenger Flooder
Ok, I’ll explain it now, and give details/links later.
Ok, if you use msn, you’ve probably seen those contacts with the yellow icon that means they are using a cellphone. This revenge will only work if they don’t have unlimited text messaging, but if they do, dont worry you will fill their inbox so bad, it will still piss them off. Your target will probably get charged for about $0.10 a message. Using an msn flooder you can send over 1000 messages in one minute. Hehehehe :D Now, you go on messenger, add your targets address, when they are on their cell, you flood them, filling their inbox and charging them well over 500 dollars easly.
Details: Im not going to explain how to use messenger, thats just stupid but i will give some links to MSN flooders, the rest is up to you to figure out how to get them to work, the reason im not posting a tutorial is that by the time its in the directory, it will be outdated.

Feb 21, 2006 5:34 am - my cell phone and all of my frineds cell phones get free incoming texts but it costs like .10 cents to reply, plus i can block certant people from sending me texts, and it takes a matter of seconds to empty my inbox, and my inbox can only hold like 150 texts anyway so its not like thers going to be thousands of texts there.. but mabey it will work with other peoples cells. i’ll give u 5* anyway

eb 21, 2006 12:55 pm - Yes, i didn’t have time to scan those files myself, the flooder i use is a custom made program with a "macro-er" thingy. And hes right those will be identified as viruses if they are hack tools, but they may have trojens in them i dunno, dont blame me noob
Feb 23, 2006 12:10 am - hhahahah funny shit i did this to a jock at school we were in the library and i logged in and my friend gave me the number so i sent a shit load of porn and spam to his cell he got it takin away cuz messages kept coming in sent like 150 messages but he didnt have the text option so he got charged like a dollar fo each message
