Screw up a car

Get three tubes of stuff called "radiator stop leak",
find your victim and thir car.

For this the victim’s car has to be unlocked so you can open the hood or you can just force the hood open.

Take the cap off the radiator (be sure the car isn’t hot or the lid will blow off and you will be burned) pour all three of the tubes of stop leak in and put the cap back on, close the hood and get away.

This will stop up the radiator and the car will overheat causing it to spew steam from the front.
The victim will either have to have the radiator replaced or cleaned out (don’t know if this is possible) and it will cost them a bunch of time and money.
