you will need:
a rolling office chair,
and duct tape (optional)

if you have a good ollie and you can nose stall
this is fun, tape the end of the office chair for
extra grip to stay on,stall the front of the
chair and see how long you can stay on and ride the chair for as long as you can,it takes a few tries but as soon as you get it down its fun.
