here are a few pranks that u can do anywhere but mostly on roads and streets.
1) there are two ways to make a mild "bottlerocket bomb/explosive" (not really firy explosive) involving one bottle rocket. makes a loud noise
style (a) materials:
1. basic bottle rocket striped down to just the cardboard casing with all its fillings and the fuse.
2.scotch tape
Procedure: wrap stripped bottle rocket in a couple layers of tape. MAKE SURE THE COVER THE END SO THE BLAST CAP DOESNT SHOOT OUT 
Style (b) materials:
1.stripped bottle rocket
2.party popper 
PROCEDER:
1.empty out party popper
2.cut a whole through one of the cardboard circles large enough to fit bottle rocket through but not too big so it slides in and out.
3.insert cardboard cirle back into party popper
4.insert stripped bottle rocket into cardboard circle inside of the popper 
5.to use, light fuse, then set on ground like so
NOTE be sure to make a small whole in popper next to where the fuse will burn so it can have oxgen to burn.
2) Traffic JAM: take a bunch of those orange cones with the reflector strips. 
set them on a neighborhood street. set them so that a car has to turn one way (make an arc leading from the lane to another so they only have one directional option) or block the whole street. see who disobeys the law!!! (works best at nigh)
3)BEAT DOWN 
at night in a neighborhood, get a few friends and stand on the side of the road. when a car drives by, when it gets to u, have the majority of the friends pretend to beat up one other friend and see sho stops to help. (for better results, have the friend that is getting beat up like reach for the person in the car, or if the car windows are down, have the person yell for yelp.
4)CRAP SANDWHICH (poop)
go to someones house and clog the toilet with toilet paper then take a shit on top of it. dont put the toilet paper u used in the toilet so the plunger goes straight into the crap. if at public restroom it works even better.
5)take a smoke bomb, light it , and then throw into intersection. my friend and i did this and cars stopped backing up traffic (my friend almost got caught)
