When u break out your buds dont throw the stems and seeds away, save them till u have about an ounce of stems.
Crush up seeds and put them and the stems into the 2 litre bottle and fill the 2 litre to the same level as where the stems are with the rubbing alchol. Shake this until the rubbing alchol is a dark emerald green.
Filter this liquid throught the coffe filter into the bowl and then put the bowl into the microwave until all the liquid is boiled out.
The bottom of the bowl is coated with something that resembles resin.
