Ok in this very big egg I am going to be telling you all about Australia, right from when it was founded down to the favorite sports we play and how it compares to other countries well first of all I should show you a picture of Australia and its states and territories
in 1770 Captain cook lands in Botany Bay on the Eastern side of Australia and claims a new found country for Britain for Britain.
Then 18 years later the 1st fleet comes over with ship’s filled with convicts from England
Now that was a short history on how it was founded
Now when the British came here they found animals similar to humans and called them aborigines, they have been living here for 50, 00 years. These days aborigines live in places like commissioning houses and a suburb called red fern, all they do is get drunk and all the women have babies at 14 or so oh yea did I tell u that our prison system is filled 80% with aborigines, there is roughly 20,000 people in out prison system at the moment.
Now all our states in Australia have different laws that we must abide by just like in the us I live in New South Wales, it is the best state but Australia is gay in a way that it is verry hard to get guns
And they made it even harder after the port Arthur incident when a man with a fully automatic gun killed 30 people in a massacre
These days if you want a gun you need to:
Have a safe to keep it in
Have a reason for needing it eg I’m a farmer and need to kill snakes
Have a full history check on your personal record
Be a member o a gun club
Go o so many shoots a year
And I’m sure there’s more
Now I want to tell you Americans about he sports we play
We play all the sports Americans do but we also have different sports like rugby union
And rugby league, this is mainly played on the east coast of Australia and has state of origin matches against nsw and Queensland- look at picture above there is currently 15 teams in the league with one entering the competition next year making 16
We also play a game called afl (Australian football league) this is played all around Australia and really popular in states like Victoria, western Australia, south Australia it is also played in the rest of Australia but on the east coast nrl is the dominant sport.
Now Australians have a different humor to the Americans it is kind of hard to explain but we like to insult out mates and we don’t take any offence to it.
Now I said I was going to tell you how Australia is different from other countries, there is so many countries I think ill just compare it to America
We don’t show our arms muscle to the rest of the world
We have about one fifth of you population
We aren’t so advertise mental
That’s just a few there are so many
Let’s go on to Australian animals that only live in Australia
There’s the koala
There’s the kangaroo
There’s the Tasmanian devil
There’s the platypus
There’s the dingo
There’s the kookaburra
There’s the wombat
There’s the echidna
There’s the Emu
And the sugar glider
There is also heaps more but these are the most known
And would you believe it there is re members like soloboy and kirkobmx that live in Australia
Is that all for this huge egg I can probably think of more to put In but first I want to let you all know that Australia is the most dangerous with the most venomous snakes and spiders so be warned if you want to come here after this egg oh and I’m sorry if I left out any re members that aren’t Australian out just post your name down the bottom
