There are a few steps to do before you can perform this prank.
Step 1: Take the bottom of an empty beer/soda can and hold a lit lighter underneath it until the can is charred black.
Step 2: Carry the can around asking people if they want to try out a fun game (most of the time, drunk or stoned people will be more willing) called ’Cheeky-Cheeky’
Step 3: Explain the rules of the game as follows: Whoever goes first takes their two first fingers (index and middle) and barely runs them down the other persons cheeks while saying ’Cheeky, Cheeky’ in a high pitched voice. The other person cannot laugh at all, or they lose. The two people go back and forth until one person laughs and loses the game.
Step 4: Let the person you are playing with go first. Hold your charred-can as if you were just drinking out of it, as usual. Now, be sure not to laugh, and while they are taking their turn slightly rubbing your cheek, rub your two first fingers in all of the black ashes on the bottom of your can.
Step 5: Now, with fingers caked in soot, take your turn on the unsuspecting victim. Your victim should have no idea that their face is becoming blacker with each turn they endure. Another great thing about this prank is that your victim will think that the crowd laughing around is because the way you are saying ’Cheeky, Cheeky’ or the way you are caressing their face. By the time they laugh or you laugh, their face should be totally soot covered and they probably will not find out for at least a few hours, looking like a fool.
Trust me, I have done this many times and it works every time. Be careful when you raise their fingers to their face that they do not get a direct view of how black your fingers are. This prank works so well because the soot on the can doesn’y feel slimy, cold, or like a liquid as it rubs onto their face! Have fun!
