this is very simple, but has amazing results.
first
remove the end of a permanent marker- a dark color works best, but whatever color works
**for best results, use a fat one**
fill the tube with water, and seal the back onto the marker.
shake to get most of the permanent marker mixed with the water.
remove the cap when ready to flick at someone, use a flicking motion and PERMANENT MARKER SPRAY will stun/stain your victim and everything around them**
Ma 29, 2006 8:47 am - the ink in permanent markers in soluble in alcohol that’s why its permanamt. you have 2 use alcohol 2 dissolve it.
it makes sense other wise it would just wash away when it got wet
