I know my last egg wasn’t too good, so I thought I would bring things up a notch....
Ok, it’s about time I tell you the tale of how I and a friend of mine scaled 5 twenty-story highrise flats (or as American’s called em: Apartments), and did what is now a ritual for some random reason. I dunno, its just something we do to kill time. (You mustn’t "kill" time, you must cherish it. Bullshit).
Anyway, heres the scoop:
First, I will tell you how this came about.... (Where I was staying were about 6 highrise apartment buildings, so this was pretty amazing)... Well, one night we were out drinking, and were wondering blindlessly down the street in Flemington, Melbourne; and got the idea of going up in the elevators, and joy riding. Now, we were drunk and this was fun... But I got bored, and thought, how about we bring up the tension a little? We did. "Elevator Knicknocking". But we waited till we were sober, and when we were, the fun was about to begin....
We went back to the highrises, and decided to start on the first one. So, we went into the elevator, and began our quest. Here’s what we did. We always went straight up to the 20th floor, and scaled our way down. So, we went up to the 20th floor, and begun. We took it in turns. First Matt (My friend), held the elvator door open. I went out, knocked on one of the nearest doors, and then ran back to the elevator. We did this for a fair while, and got bored, (You know how teens are), so when we decided to go the next highrise, we decided to turn the tension up another notch.
And we also fitted the elevator we were using part of our plan, see, because this elvator we were using was very slow at shutting.... Which was great! We were doing the same thing as before basically, but when knicknocking, we waited till someone was about to open the door. That was fucking scary in an "I’m Christ and you’re a Lepar" kind of way...
And as u guessed it, we came back to boredness....
So we thought ("we" meaning "I") Came up with another idea. We decided to not only knicknock, but have a good explore of each floor, and we came across a laundry room on the 20th floor, and began looking through peoples shit. We found some mostly shit clothes, and through them funnily enough, out one of the 20th story windows, (Now some bum has some good clothes... Lol)...
Anyway, we were walking past peoples doors, and looking for keys and such under mats, etc. I walked past one door and it had a pair of fucking excellent shoes, practically brand-new! (Look at the pic in the cover pictures...) And I took them... obviously! (Why not... lol). So we kept exploring.... Spat out the windows a few times... And eventually ended up back at the laundry room.... Where we found a big drink container (Half filled with soap powder), and filled the rest up with water. We went back to the window and tipped the shit out.... I’m not sure we hit someone coz we fucking bolted...
After a few mins, we did it again.... People were comming up the lifts, and we did spot security earlier on in the same day, and fucking bolted, down the stairs from the 20th floor... (meh, we got sum exercise...)
But on our way down we couldn’t help knicknocking on sum doors.... Which was funny because I was walking lesuirly down the hallway, and Matt knocked on this guy’s door sooo fucking hard. He started bolting and I only just caught wind of it and shat myself (hyperthetically speaking), and ran after him. My shoe fell off, rite in front of the guy’s door, and I fucking shat myself, coz the door was opening and I had to run back for my shoe.... I was running round to the stairs, and when I got near em, the guy came out, and fucking skitzed, and we both shat ourselves... But we got straight to the first floor, ran the fuck out, back to my place...
We sat down, "cracked a tinny" (Aussie slang for drinking some beers), and just recolected about what happend that day....
And that’s the amazing story (not too amazing)... You might wanna try it some time... We’ve made it a sport...... Its really fun whilst doing it. But you need 2 or more people, so 1 can hold the door open....
(NOTE: Im not sure about lifts in other countries, but the one we used has "sensors" that stay open if something is blocking it....)
Apr 16, 2006 10:23 am - KOOL NICE STORY DUDE i did something like dat a while ago 10 story shopping center u can see right at the bottom of the first floor and throw a coke bottle at some 1 walking past but this was in a asian country so i dont know wat the fuck there saying going up the lifts on each floor throwing stuff at people:P5*
