I’m starting to get into air soft because the insane prices of paintball are reeeealy high. So instead of wasting 40 dollar paint at home, I can waste $10 bbs. So I got a pistol and a clear mini electric. Being used to paintball, the pathetic 70 bb reservoir was not satisfactory. My first modification was to create a bb hopper. The first thing I could think of was using the 2000 round bb bottle that came with it. So after trimming the nozzle with my trusty shears, I super glued it into the loading port of the gun.
The squished mp5 was starting to look really stupid so I trimmed off the faux magazine, the useless stock,
and the pointless front sight with my hacksaw. I went to the hardware store to get some black Krylon Fusion spray paint. At the hardware store, I noticed a variety pack of springs, I bought it for $2.50. When I got home, I took apart the gun and looked for a similar sized spring to the one in the gun and found a stronger one. After installing the new spring, I painted my gun. After waiting the astoundingly short 15 minutes drying time, I tested my gun, I noticed a slower rate of fire but it was much more powerful than before. I semi got the idea from unconventionalairsoft.com.
So now I have funny looking full auto pistol, I am satisfied.
I thought it might be funny to design an air soft suicide bomb belt based off of this egg, http://rotteneggs.com/r3/show/se/132948.html You could create an electrical detonation system from my concept of electrical detonation in this egg, http://rotteneggs.com/r3/show/se/145637.html There would be like 10 of ’em strapped to your belt and have them all go off at the same time. You could just run into an enemy base and detonate yourself. Don’t worry, the blast will not be powerful enough to kill you, just blow out your ear drums.

Apr 22, 2006 11:47 pm - i have this same xact gun (cept myne came black, i didnt need 2 spray it)my only fear would be that the BB’s would get jammed frequently in the nozzle of the bottle, since it happens when you try manually refilling the gun. other than that, very creative. 5

Apr 30, 2006 2:53 am - instead of having the hopper vertical you should have it pointing horizontal with a 45 degree angle. that would make the bbs feed into the gun faster and it would look a lot more cool. 5*****

Nov 06, 2006 7:49 pm - nice nice, i got almost exact same gun but clear and crapped up. Toothpick is holding batteries in :) I also heard a kid saying he glued a paintballs gun ammo hloder on to his ammo slot. Holds thousands! 7*
