Hey this is my first egg and this was also my first weapon.
The weapon i am showing you is a blowgun and also how to make darts.
BLOWGUN
It\’s pretty easy to get the blowgun because it is allready made for you. All you need to do is go down to you\’r local DIY store Bunnings,Mitre 10 or any other store like that, that sells metal pipe.
The pipe you will need is small 1cm width x 1m long
you need this because 1. its easy to put you\’r mouth around it 2. it fits the darts perfectly.
The finall this to do to the pipe is tape up the mouth peice to do this you get duct tape and wrape it around one end of the pipe 4 times this is to prevent you from geting a taste full of metal and black lips :)
DARTS
The darts and ammo ar really easy to make
1. start with a round smooth pencil not the ones with the ridges on it.
2. Cut the pencil 2cm from the end you should now have a small part of the pencil with the lead still in it
3. Grab a drill with a small drill peice just as small as the lead
4. Drill out the lead this has to be perfect or the dart wont fly straight
6. You now have the body part of the dart
7. grab a sewing pin with a little coloured bead on the end
8. find some round shoe lace the type that frills
9. cut off 3cm of this shoe lace
10. cut 2cm in from the shoe lace this will frill the shoe lace
11. now the tricky part
12. get a hot glue gun and glue the bead on the pin
13. slide the pin thru the shoe lace and let the glue dry hard
14. now glue on the bottom of the shoelace where the pin has slid thru
15. once there is glue on the shoelace slide the pin thru the pencil
16. let the glue dry hard between the pencil cut off and the shoelace
and you\’r dart is finished try shooting it at an inside wall it will go in. In the dark if you fire at a brick wall it will make a spark :)
Ammo
For ammo you can use
1. Darts
2. Builders putty (little balls)
3. Clay (little balls)
4. Little sinkers
5. Little bb’s (ballBerings)
