How to make an animated avatar in Photoshop

Here ill tell you how to make an animaed avatar Mmmkay like this one 
What you will need:
Photoshop and Image ready
a picture to animate
I will be using this picture 
pick out the part of the image that you want to animate and using the magnetic lasoo tool
like this 
hit crl+c and remove it from the image. Now create a new layer
and fill it in the same colour as the background so it gets rid of the hole
You can merge the layers by pressing CTRL+E it will make things easier.
Put the object back in to the image so that it is on a different layer.
Then duplicate the layer by pressing CTRL+J and move your object a little ammount in the direction you want
continue duplicating the layer and moving the object until it is at the place you want it to be
your image should look like this 
then put the picture into imageready
and on the layers panel deselect all the eye icons until only the one on layer 1 and layer2 remain.
Thenin the animation panel click duplicate current frame (like new layer button)and deselect layer 2 select layer 2 copy and layer 1
keep layer 1 all the way through keep repeating those steps until your animation looks like this
Then you go to File >>Save Optimized As
and there you have it. |

im a newb, (not n00b) and even i know how to make an animated avy. but i use Macromedia Flash to make toons instead of Adobe PUTOshop |
