Here are some more pickpocketing scams for you aspiring fingersmiths out there. I hope they help.
Russian Style If the Russians want your wallet they don’t fuck around...and this scam will work if you are of the bold type. Target a lone female and then approacher saying "There you are, thought you’d get away from didn’t you?" Then proceed to grab her purse, and yank the wallet out while fumming on and on about "No one is going to steal my money and leave me!" This should be done on the street and the way it works is that if you mange to sound so furious and so richeous no one will believe the woman if she shouts that youa re robbing her, mostly cause you just stated to the world that she robbed you. Odds are, however, she’ll be so caught off gaurd you can simply snatch the wallet and vanish.
Tweezers A new method of pickpocketing is becoming popular...and that is using tweezers. Its a lot less noticeable that actually using your fingers to dip a pokcet, althought is value as far as deep purses go maybe limited. But they are exceltne and dipping a deep pocket...simply palm a part of sharpened tweezers and appraoch your mark from behind while he or she is distracted, then simple slip the tip of the tweezers into the lip of the pocket, grip the tip of the wallet and simply pull up.
Bump and Spill This one is a classic and it can be used in more than one way...but basiccaly it boils down to cathcing your mark in a very vulnerable position. Approach a mark who is either holding a very flimsy bag of grocerys or is rooting through her purse and then manages to "innocently" bump into her, casuing ehr to spill out the contents. When this happenes begin to appologise vehinenatly while helping her pick up her belongs and either slip the cash out of her wallet, pocket the wallet in the confusion, or bump the wallet over to a pick up you have stached away. If you knock a grocery bag over manuver yourself close to her purse and then dip it, or block it so that a partener can. This also work if you want to set her up by having her knock the bag out of your hands.
swoop and swarm This one is a team set up and should be done only in a crowded area or a busy street. Using three members you need to select your makr, preferable a decently easy one,a nd then swarm them on either side. One member of the team needs to move up along one side of the makr, blocking off his or her from any other people and blocking their escape rout, thereby slowing them down. The second member moves in on the otherside and does one or two thigns to distract the mark, such as tugging on their arm or talking really loud on a cell phone. Now while the makr is trapped the "lift" moves right up through the middle, gets behind the mark and bumps into him or her so hard while steal the bag or wallet that they stumble into the two blockers, while they untangle the "lift" makes a fade.
The lap snatch This one can be tricky and might need some practise before it works, but once you can do it you’ll have all the purses you could ever want. We’ve all seen those women who sit their bag in their lap as a precatuion against theft...and thats usually enough to deter most pickpockets. However, its not impossible to steal depending on how fast you can be and what the set up is...and before you coment, remember this works on the same princapal that a mean will steal feel the wallet in his back pocket even after its been stolen.
tableokay your mark is sitting at a table with her purse in ehr lap. That’s good times because the table has done half of your work for you. Simply sit down, make some converstaion while you let your hands do the work. While she is distracted simply reach under and grip the purse with your hands...now if you are good simply lift it off while she is talking to you...but if you are a little slower simply bump the table or her chair while you lift the bag off her lap. Drop it in a shopping bag or under a coat and then make your leave.
chairokay so she’s sitting in a chair with her purse in her lap...thats okay you can still lift the sucker if you want it. Simply sit down beside of her and begin talkign to her, making sure that she looks at you and nothing else. WHile this is goign on snake your hand ever closer to her bag. After a few momnets of idle talking to gain her trust point towards something, then while she is looking pluck the purse from her lap and tuck it away or drop it in another bag. If you do it smoothly enough she won’t notice, then you can take your leave.
double whammyokay if you aren’t skilled enough to pluck it alone have a partener help you do it...target a mark and then have your partenr aproach ehr from behind, then have her bgein talking loudly to her or askign questions, While this is goign on move up in front of her and simply pluck the bag from her lap quickly. If you want, be sitting near the mark when you do this.

Jun 15, 2006 9:28 am - all all of this are easy the fastest way to do it though is just run down a street r store and hit someones side the side they have there purse r walet and then snatch it and turn around sayin sry and keep on runnin out the store but 5 for the pep that didnt know how to pick pocket
