Ok this egg pretty funny when you do it. First all you have to do is go at night to a road where they are digging up part of the road or building something. Usually the city workers have a roll of that orange plastic fence somewhere nearby that they use to mark off areas of the construction area. Take this roll of fence and take it to a busy street and wait till no cars are coming then quickly attack one end of the fence to a tree or pole or something. then you run across the road with it and wrap it around or tie it to another tree or sumthin. Pretty soon a car will come by and they wont see the fence so they will drive right into it. if you attached it tight enuff the cars will be stuck in it like a net its pretty damn funny.
