The information source for this egg is the Special Forces improvised munitions handbook; so don’t tell me its copied I already know. Also don’t just rate me down because I got my information from a handbook, because that is just retarded. Ok now that that’s out of the way on with the fun. CAUTION- makes sure that there are no open flames in the area while mixing flame fuels. NO SMOKING. Also concentrated acids will burn skin and destroy clothing. If any is spilled wash away immediate with large amounts of water.
MATERIALS
Ingredient Common use Common source
Gasoline Motor fuel solvent Gas station, motor vehicle
Latex Paint, adhesives Natural from tree or plant, rubber cement
One of the following acids
Acetic Acid (vinegar) Salad dressing, developing film Food stores, fermented apple cider, photographic supply
Sulfuric Acid (oil of vitriol) Storage batteries, material processing Motor vehicles, industrial plants
Hydrochloric Acid (Meiotic Acid) Petroleum wells, pickling and metal cleaning, industrial processes Hardware store, industrial plants
NOTE: If acids are not available then use acid salt (alum, sulfates and chlorides other than sodium or potassium). The formic acid in red ants can also be used.
PROCEDURE
Option #1.commercial latex
1.place 7 parts by volume of latex in empty container
2.place 92 parts by volume of gasoline in same container
3.shake well to mix
4.add add 1 part by volume of one of the acids and shake until gel forms
Option #2.natural latex
1.natural latex should form lumps as it comes from the plant. If lumps don’t form add a small amount of acid to the latex.
2.strain latex lumps and allow drying in air
3.add 20 parts by volume latex lumps
4.add 80 parts by volume gasoline
5.cover bottle and allow 2 stands until swollen gel forms (2-3 days)

Sep 30, 2006 1:40 am - That handbook is out of date if you’re using the same one that I work out of ;) but the newer version is coming out in a couple months and it has recipes for nitrocellulose based accelerants! Sweet Picture by the way
