Equipment:

Rocket balloons
Petrol
A match

Fill the rocket balloon with the petrol. (it’s easier if u use the tube that comes in the pack). U can’t fill it all the way with petrol so when u got the max amount, blow it up so it’s about 1/4 full of petrol and 3/4 air. When it’s full of air, pour more petrol in. Now attach the match to the neck of the balloon. Strike the match and let go of the balloon. Chances are it’ll drop to the floor. DON’T WORRY! The air inside will propell it along while the petrol shoots out and contacts the flame. TRUST ME IT LOOKS LIKE A FIREWORK. I’M NOT BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS! IT’S UP 2 U WAT YA DO WITH THIS INFO.

seeing as ou said floor and not ground: I think it would be easier to just set your house on fire... without mucking around with the balloon.
