My grandma always makes this whenever she comes over...and it’s always gone in like 20 minutes because it’s so good. She taught me how to make it so I thought I’d share it wiht you guys. And for those that smoke...it’s great when you’re high.
Ingredients-
3 Jalapeno peppers
1 can of diced tomatoes (Do not use Ro-tell)
Half an onion
Fresh cilantro
Ground cumin
Garlic
Salt
Olive Oil
Blender
1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
2. Put some olive oil on a pan, and put the jalapenos and the onion on the pan and drizzle olive oil on top of them.
3. Roast them for about 4-5 minutes, watching them carefully so they don’t burn.
4. When you take out the peppers/onion, immediately put them in a plastic bag, twist it shut, and let it sit for about 8 minutes.
5. Take the onion out of the bag, dice it, and throw it in the blender.
6. Cut the tops off the jalapenos, and cut them in half. Take out all the seeds and set them aside. Dice what’s left of the jalepenos and throw it in the blender.
7. Open the can of diced tomatoes, and dump it all in the blender.
8. Blend it all up.
9. Start putting cilantro in the blender a little at a time, blending and tasting so that it’s not too overpowering.
10. Add cumin, garlic, and salt to taste.
If you want it spicier, put a couple of the jalapeno seeds in the blender and blend. But it’ll be pretty spicy without them.

I’ve said it before...and I’ll say it again. I would much rather prank on a full stomach, that a fellow prankster helped me fill, than on an empty one because I didn’t know how to cook some food for myself.
