ok this is how it goes: ok go get a paper bag from the store any will do or even a black trash bag the next thing you do is fill it with bricks and stick it in the middle of the street in your nieborhood or in front of someones house or something and in nieghborhoods people will usuall think nothing of bags in the road and stuff but on main roads they might try to avoid them, but fill the bag with bricks whick work best and watch the car zooming by you from a hidden place or just walking by and crash into the bricks and swerve and hit something else or just dent or mess up thier car. :)
