Flour
Wa a sandwich bag , fill with about 1/2 of flour , pour some water in the bag to cover all the flour. But when you tie the bag dont let any air get into it.Tie it using the ties you get with the sandwich bag or a knot.
Throw at a window or cars.
When you throw it , the bag should pop and rip , causing the flour to go all over the window.Works about 50yards away from the window , it should glide in the air , and hit the target.
To make a colourd splat , add food dye in with the water and flour.
