First of all a cromie is the little cap put on some expensive car tires that is made out of crome.
The best way to steel a cromie is to go to a campground with lots of big moterhomes and steel them of their tires. Then go and stick them on your bike or car.

They if you feel like it you can slit their tires so they can’t pull out of their spot the next morning causing a ton of #*@!.
