alright this will teach u how to make detailed drawings in microsoft paint
isometric means "of equal dimensions"
isometric pixel art is art drawn at a pixel level, in a way that dimensions are not altered based on location
that means that there isn’t perspective; everything in the drawing is equally proportioned.
lines should be made like this:
note the patterns of pixels- one by one, one by two, and solid line
if you stick to these lines whenever possible the angles will come out right
try drawing an isometric box
in microsoft paint go to view->zoom->large size
make a line like this:
copy paste it then flip it horizontally and add attach it to the other line
you could just draw the lines.. but that takes longer
if you are unsure of the length to make a line, make guidelines in another color
finalize the lines and make the cube
now add coloring for a 3d effect, assuming that the light source is at the top left
now try stretching it out by selecting part, drawing guidelines, extending the lines, and re-filling it
now we can make it into a building.
make the roof gray and extend the sides up a little
replace the black outlines with dark red and add a brick texture by adding evenly spaced lines across, then alternating lines down
now add a door and finish the molding along the bottom
now add brick texture to the other wall
i messed up towards the end cause it gets really annoying.. but taking breaks is probably a good idea
now a dumpster with some trash in it
now a sign (why not)
now add grass and a sky.
..it doesnt really make sense for a brick building to be in the middle of grass but you get the point
i might make a part 2 with people, windows, shadows, and shading
but for now check out eBoy.com they have a lot of cool stuff
