Ok well I know there are alot of eggs on this subject but none explained very well or the right way...so I decided to make a very in-depth guide about it. Oh and this is my first egg so please rate good lol.
-Materials -Potassium Nitrate
-Charcoal Dust
-Sulfur
-Small Plastic Tub
(O u all kno u luv Bazooka)
-Marbles
-Process Ok you cant just add these chemicals together and "POOF!" black powder, there is a very important way...a ball mill. Now those can be expensive so I’ve provided you an alternative the plastic tub and marbles. Take your powders and mesure them up into their ratios. Then put all of the powders into the tub and drop about 10 marbles in there and then SLOWLY spin it around and around and around and around and...ahem u get the point lol. Do this for about an hour. Now i know what your thinking "What the hell that’s a long time I could be enjoying Bazooka Bubble Gum!" but hey your gunna get homemade black powder! then when your done pour out your powder and dump the marbles and VOILA! ZEE BLACKK POWDEEER!!

and of course it’ll work, you can just mix them together and not grind them, but an hour wont make it very good. trust me, get a real ball mill (or build one, it’s really easy) and put it in there for 3-4 hours...muuuch better stuff.
also, if you put black powder in a plastic container, you’re an idiot

Jul 25, 2006 10:29 pm - One of my friends told me that you can just cut open some model rocket engines and you get black powder. Is this true? and if it is true, than i would much rather do that than churn chemicals for hours on end.
