Hi, this is my third egg, which i hope is better than my other eggs.In this egg you will be taught on how to make cheese curd cake.
Ingredians:
1 pack of Cake powder
100 grams of flour
100 grams of sugar
4 eggs
200 grams of sour cream (20%)
50 gams of butter
100 grams of raisins
2 packs of cheese curd
Procedure:
Step 1.
Mix cheese curd with sour cream.
Add 4 eggs.
Now add Raisins.
Sugar.
Now mix it all together.
After youre’e done with mixing you should get this.
step 2.
Now take another bowl and put flour in it.
Add Cake powder
Mix flour and cake powder together
Step3
Now get youre pan and cover it with butter.
Step 4
Pour cake powder and flour mix on the bottom of the pan
Add cheese curd mix on top of the cake and flour mix
Repeat step 4 until pan is full (make layers)
Step 5
Put flour and cake powder mix on top of the cake
Now add pieces of butter on top of the cake
Cook the cake 35-40 minutes at 180C
After its cooked
