How to make a room voice activated
I know this is a little bit simple but its mainly just to help you know were to get programs and hardware from
Also it is very cheap compared to pro voice activated rooms but it works almost as good
Ok this is an easy thing to do and it impresses friends
Look at the second item (I think) (There quiet expensive though, try searching the internet for cheaper ones)
Now
Install the software you get with it and set up responding heads to run the programs that control each socket
(You can also make responding heads open programs on your Pc)

Tips:
You might want to have the microphone the same distance from you when your training your voice as you would if you were walking around
(Try in the centre of the room on the ceiling)
