Chapter 1 Before I start this egg is not c/p and took me some time to make so please rate fairly
1. first off all you need to grease one large baking tray and set the oven to 180°C 350°F, gas mark 4
2. Put the flour and butter in together in a large mixing bowl
3. Using your hand mix the butter and flour together (this part is messy) until you have something that feel like and looks bread crumbs.
4. Now you can add the sugar. Stir well again
5. Leave the mixing bowl to one side and crack an egg in to a smaller bowl.
6. Whisk the egg well until you get something that looks like this. You can add the vanilla essence now
7. Pour the egg mix in to the large mixing bowl. You can add your chocolate chips as well.
8. mix until your hand hurts, it should look something like this.
9. Grease your pan using some left over butter
10. Put the cookies on to the pan and press them down. I made 2 big ones with mine but if you want to be adventurous then you could make 1 big one. put them in to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
11. When you think the cookies are done take them out and leave them to cool make sure if you\’ve made two and they\’ve stuck together that you separate them with a knife
12. Using a spatula pick the cookies up and carefully put them on to a cooling rack
13. leave them to cool and when they dry you will have an ultimate cookie!
Once again, this is not copied and its my own way of making cookies so please rate fairly since this took me quite some time to make….. thanks.

Aug 04, 2006 6:53 am - Nice, I’ll give you a 4. You lost 1 star because you kept telling us to rate you fairly. It’s just how I work, ok, it makes you look needy. Other than that, awesome egg, I have a day off coming up, I’m going to try it out.
Au 04, 2006 7:24 am - Well ain’t that a bitch. Yesterday there was an egg made about how much fat people suck and everyone agreed with it, now I’ve seen at least three eggs since then about food!
Aug 04, 2006 7:27 am - i just made some but i had to use some other imngredians (i didnt have eggs and vanilla essence) so i used milk and i used cinnamon to spice it up a little
Aug 04, 2006 8:57 am - Yummo, they look devine. I might make some tomorrow. To answer the question above, most cookies are soft/crisp depending on how long you cook them for. I assume its the same for these ones.
