Ok my friend showed me this a while back
what you do is if you have aim message "my ip relay"
and when it prompts you type call
it will ask you for a number so type the number
now there will be an operator who will call the number
this service is for deaf or mute people
the operator will say everything you type to the number
and then he will then the person to respond
then he will type what the person says into aim
this service is free but me and my friend once got
the operator to get the manager, then the manager
told us we were abusing the servie and we couldnt
use it again, but we tried it again and it worked
you can use your own number and make the operator
say funny things.
some things me and my freind typed in where:

you type your message in aim and the operator will say in to the recieving
end, remeber to type "Ga" (go ahead) after ever comment
then the operator will type what ever the guy on the phone is saying
me and my friend try to type things for the operator to say that will make him laugh
