This chap has big dogs that bark all night and the neighbours have spoken to him many many times over 4 years. The arrogant jerk refuses to do anything about the barking and says he doesn’t wake up so why should he care about the neighbours?

Supper time in the US is about midnight where he lives (+2 GMT).

Would it be fun to wake him up with just one ring of his phone +27413795344 ?

If he doesn’t pick up, it costs you nothing!!!

I wonder. If the dogs don’t wake him up, do you think the phone will? You can always call back afterwards to see if its been taken off the hook.
Do you think he’s bright enough to make the connection?
