I havn’t tried this, it’s just an idea and it is NOT A BOMB. it is however an very loud, combustion fueled explosion.
stick a nail into a baord and tape a lighter to it. Now stick two more nails to the sides of the lighter and string up a ruberband across them. Put a fourth nail down the board (it should make a triangle shape). Tie a fuse (cannon) to the rubber band and pull it back to the fourth nail and tie it around. This way, when the fuse burns it will take a while to get to the nail and then release the rubber band. tape a mrble to the rubber band (on the inside). Now on the OTHER side of the first nail you drove, put a 9v battery and wires leading off. tape a cristmas light to the front (rubber band side) of the lighter and hook it up to the battery. Now when you light the fuse it should burn for a couple seconds, realese the rubber band flinging the marble at the lighter. this crackes the bulb and the case of the lighter at roughly the same time. the gas from the lighter expands then lights making a larger, cooler, and louder explotion generating a big shock wave.

Fourth, a ’Fuel Air Bomb’ is the one how fuel is scattered around the air and then ignited, creating a big boom. Its sorta the same, but MOAB really means its name.
