THIS IS A GUIDE TO USE YOUR PS2 EYETOY CAMERA (If you have one), AS A FULLY WORKING WEBCAM.
FOLLOW THE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS, AND ALL SHOULD GO WELL.
ALSO, I TAKE NO...RESPONSIBLITY FOR PROVIDING THE PROVIDED LINKS.
(In other words, they’re not mine.)
1. Firstly flip your EyeToy over and look at the bottom of the stand,
You will need to check the Sony Part ID, so you can
Use the appropriate Product ID code for the drivers.
2. The Product ID code is on the 6th line, either; SLEH-0030, or SLEH-0031.
3. According to the Product ID code, download one of these,
(VIRUS-FREE, Viruses are teh gay...) Download applications...

Then extract them to DESKTOP. (It’s much easier this way...)
4. Ram your Eyetoy Camera into a USB port and your PC should
Recognise it as, (In the "Found New Hardware Window) EyeToy USB camera Namtai.
5. An install window should pop-up, so when it does,
Click "Install from a list or specific location [Advanced], and click next.
6. Select "Search for the best driver in these locations",
and check Include this "location in the search": click browse and point
it to where you extracted the edited drivers then click next.
(This should be Desktop, If you listened.)
7. Windows will search for your drivers, If successful it will
change to this screen and continue the installation.
8. You will be presented with a pop-up screen, select "Continue Anyway".
9. Next, a small box of "?????" will pop-up, just click OK, it’s a bunch of Gibberish.
10. Next, the configuration screen for the drivers will pop-up, just do what applies to you.
11. The Installation is COMPLETE! (yay.)
12. This Camera works as a normal Webcam, So MSN can use it.
Also, when restarting your PC you MUST rip out the Eyetoy from your USB plug,
and then plug it back in when you get back to your Desktop, Otherwise you’ll have to
reinstall it, soaking up more of your "precious" time....
Also, the microphone does work, so you can use it for any recording needs.
So....Have "Fun", i guess....
