exploring small french sewage plant 1.0 Created On Aug 27, 2006 Created By DaN-4333 ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦
Chapter 1
Recently we went to France and stayed in a nice little place in the countryside. Nearby there was a small sewage plant that we thought we\\\’d go and explore for fun. Me being me took my camera hoping for egg material. I hope i got it :D
The corn field we had to cross to get to our destination.
On the other side, you can almost see it in the distance.
Getting closer, There were two old storage stacks that were tightly locked.
You can see the fence now and the main sewage plant in the middle.
The two shacks.
Going through the middle.
You can see more clearly now, the fence was easy enough to jump over.
There was a sign that was faded and old. All I could make out of it was \\\"installation\\\" and \\\"d\\\’epuration. If anyone speaks French please leave a comment.
A clearer picture of the main plant.
A control room which was impossible to bust open (sorry guys)
To the side of the main plant there were two smaller plants that looked like they might be used for mixing the sewage. Here\\\’s the first one.
Inside the smaller plant, Hot chocolate anyone?
The next plant had a ladder leading down until it got to dark to see anything. There was also another storage shack in the background.
The ladder leading down.
The storage shack again.
Attached to one side of the sewage plant was an extension that had a bridge leading over it.
The control room again.
There was a pipe coming out of the main plant that seemed to pump the sewage out in to this pit.
What I like to call, sun dried sewage.
We headed back because it was getting really windy and more cars were coming along the road and small fat French women in there Citroens were giving us funny looks.
Behind the shack on the right. The baskets are for picking grapes or apples from the fields. We saw some piled high in the hundreds ready for Picking.
On the way back I saw a donkey in a field. When I tore some grass to feed it I used my hand to pull myself back up..... Ouch.
How was I meant to know? It was in French.
Well that\\\’s my egg. Not copied and it took quite a bit of time to write it all up so please rate fairly.
